Roberto came out and fixed our broken windows. He did an excellent job. You can tell when someone takes pride in their job and that is Roberto. He took his time to make sure that everything was in order before he left. He is courteous, polite, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to us. Thank you, Roberto for a job well done.
UPDATE: Brandon and Jesse called to confirm my first scheduled time today which was different from what the company text me. They were professional and did great work. Door opens easily. I still won’t buy Anlin again as the trouble to get warranty service is not worth it. I have had issues with my oversized Anlin patio door leaking water and difficulty opening the door especially after the rain. The back of the warranty says don’t use oil based lubricants for the track or poor performing components. I’ve tried since March to... read more

Wow! Placed a call for warranty service on my Malibu patio door. Lock mechanism is broken, can’t lock my back door. They classified it as a RUSH service due to the safety issue. Was told it’s a 8 to 10 week wait or longer. Are you kidding me??? Very disappointed in this company. Totally unacceptable.
HORRIBLE product. Multiple windows were so warped they wouldn’t even open directly from factory and the install company installed them into my house before they even realized. Neither company bothered to do a quality check. Window frames are warped and bowed and they are BRAND new top end windows (or they are priced that way at least).
