March 23, 2022. Ryan Dall arrived to repair two sliding doors and a living room window. Totally awesome and professional, I believe he went above and beyond. We couldn't be happier with his service.
I had William Batt come to my house to repair my Slider and put new replacement latches on my window. Fabian came a little later and helped William to refurbish my door and the results were unbelievable. I feel like I have a new door. Thanks, William and Fabian!!!
BE WARNED! Unfortunately I don't believe I can add images to this review. If I could words would not be necessary. We replaced all of our windows with Anlin Windows several years ago. Three out of the six front windows have failed. From the exterior these windows are covered with opaque white and brown/yellow fog. When looking at the windows from the driveway you cannot see through these windows. I contacted the company that installed them and they advised that the windows had failed due to a defect. During this heavy snow season we had snow fall off our roof and crash thru one of our windows. Yesterday Joseph and JT came to replace the glass. Our sash was damaged and we didn't think could be repaired. However, they were able to do it, replace the glass and install into the frame. What courteous, polite hard workers they are. Your windows are excellent so I understand how you would choose installers that are also. Joseph and JT are an asset to your company.
