Keeping the deco granite covered in the yard and in the delivery truck at all times should be implemented. Trying to install this while it’s wet is incredibly hard and just shouldn’t happen - It needs to be dry. Positive: Delivery has been on time in recent orders and customer service at the landscape desk has been good.

3.5m of soil arrived on my client's drive way on the wrong day. I triple checked the delivery time and scheduled my work and breaks accordingly. Having to come in and move that much dirt by myself on my day off was not my idea of relaxing. I tried calling to get an explanation and, as usual, spent 10 minutes on hold before I finally gave up.
