Dr. Patel sets aside his ego when he works with you. He has exceptional knowledge of both western and eastern medicine. He does not shame the natural route, yet is grounded enough to understand prescriptions are necessary at times. He listens to understand, and to help you at your root cause. His staff are also super friendly, I feel very supported and heard every time I go. Edit: all the above is true, but I’m noticing a major lack of organization here
Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Takes 2 weeks to respond to a simple request for a referral and truly does not care about his patients or their wellbeing.
Dr. Patel was very attentive in providing the best service for me. I’m very glad to have him as my primary care doctor!
While I do feel like the physician cares and is attentive, other areas were lacking. When I finally had my long anticipated pcp visit, I did not feel well and discussed these concerns and symptoms with the physician and his team. His advice was to have someone walk me to the emergency department for further evaluation.
