Was excited for this boat but when it was delivered, despite Ankona saying it was ready, the Cayenne has so many build issues that Ankona knew about…yet still was happy to take my money. I did raise these issues with Erin to a deaf gel coat issues all along the exterior hull, poor fitting hatches, wires not secured in front of boat, trolling motor plug not even wired up but the plug was installed on the deck. Erin and Rory were easy to deal with on the purchase of my 2022 Ankona Native 17 suv. I have already got my name on the Heron 16 list a little ways down the road. Thank yall for making awesome product.
Erin and Rory are the best hands down, they make you feel like family.
I have owned my Cayenne for almost three years and have never been disappointed. I fish hard competively and this is a fishing machine. This skiff is ment to be used and a few minor cosmetics does not effect the performance. If there are individuals that are not happy with finish issues go and get a higher end skiff that will cost you double if not tripple the price. Whenever I had an issue they would either walk me through it or ask me to bring it in. Awesome customer service hands down period.
