My visits to the office were great. I found Dr. Gupta very helpful but after a few visits I became very frustrated. I expected to start a medication mid 1/2019 (now end of 3/2019). I have called the office a dozen times with no call back. The message says they will call back within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a doctors office that does not return patient phone calls for months/longer.
Please stay away from this doctor she is terrible. I could share with you the horrible experience we have had but it would be pages more than you want to read. Just trust me on this go anywhere else! I’m pretty sure the positive reviews are friends.
Dr. Gupta is a kind and knowledgeable doctor who quickly diagnosed me with Primary Immune Deficiency and S.A.D and then after awhile, I was approved for Ig infusions. I’m starting my 4th month of uninterrupted Ig infusions all because of her expertise in her field. My only suggestion is for more staff or whatever measures are needed to ensure a call back after leaving a message or staff who are available to answer the phone. Thank you, Dr. Gupta for what you’ve done for me this far!!!
