Had an appointment. Drive all the way to the office and they tell me Mehta had to leave. I wasted my gas going there and it cost me time and money. No phone call in advance letting me know. Terrible customer service. Beware as it could happen to you too.

The doctor is a great doctor, but the service in the office is atrocious. Every time we have an appointment the wait time is long past when they schedule us to be here. We have been here for 2 hours and still haven't been seen.
