Dr. Bacik and staff have gone above and beyond for me. My situation has not been a simple case. The amount of time in office and on her own, Dr. Bacik has dedicated more than I could ask for and won’t settle until we have solid answers. We are lucky to have such kind, caring, dedicated doctors/staff in our town!
Horrible service. Appointments are always over booked resulting in 45 minute waits after scheduled time. Not friendly staff, full of excuses and finger pointing. Never taking responsibility over booking and extremely long wait times. Definitely would not recommend this place.
Positive: Got me in right away, had to go early am, but appreciate them doing that. Negative: Doctor is not friendly, bed side manner needs big improvement. The tape wrap on my foot caused horrible pain, made my foot worse. Have called the office 3 times, leaving messages with someone or on voicemail, they have yet returned my call. Now doctor is out for the next couple weeks. I canceled my next appointment, will go somewhere else.
