always an awesome experience
Our visit was very good. Dr Sorenson is amazing and informative. That for seeing us.
Front desk staff was great to work with, medical staff in the exam room- easy to talk to, felt like they actually listened & cared about what I've been going through. After a less than great experience at a different clinic for the past 8 months, my appointment at this clinic was productive, a relief that something could be done about my foot pain& again the staff were wonderful.
I was in the exam room for 30 mins after my appointment time. When the dr finally came in he did not do a visual inspection of my foot and ankle nor did he touch or manipulate my foot and ankle. He did not ask me to move my foot and ankle. In fact he did not ask a single question about anything, not how I injured it, how I was feeling - just nothing. He looked at my chart and xrays from 4 days prior and then proceeded to tell me he doesn't believe in treatment or further testing until 6 weeks post injury. I am very upset tha... read more
