Dr. Han is a kind doctor who treats patients with ease. She gives her full attention to each patient and provides excellent care.
My 0 rating is for Rush Administration and check-in staff at Oak Brook. I waited for an hour to be seen since Dr. Han was running late, I wasn't updated on the delay. Upon inquiring, I was told about the delay. I mentioned that I have a child to pick up from school and have taken time off from work for the appointment...but to no use. The check in staff referred me as 'HON' and when I objected she showed her displeasure. Dr. Han was my doctor through the pandemic. I have not met a more knowledgeable and empathetic doctor. Shes detailed, breaks things down into understandable terms, and sets reasonable goals. Unfortunate I had to change insurances and not able to see her anymore, otherwise she would still be my GP
