Dr. Shah took the time to listen to me and answered all my questions and concerns kindly and in medical terms I could understand. His medical assistant was also very personable and did what he could to make sure I was comfortable.
Prior to UPMC "Taking Over" the Medical profession, making it more a money making business than caring for the patients', I felt much more confident in my doctors' visits. They now feel more compelled to get more patients. I have no problem with Dr. Shah, but he's in your "system" prohibiting him from having easy access to others' medical procedures and records. this stinks!
Dr. Shah is very personable, upbeat, and informed about my medical history. It is always a pleasure to meet with him!
