Thought I had an appointment but was canceled same day by office staff. Called office to reschedule went to an off-site phone receptionist was promised a call back no call back?? Now day 2 same deal offsite receptionist promising a call back in 4 hours? If they don’t have enough help at office maybe Dr Patel should hire additional help? Pretty disappointed Im driving my 86 year old mother to appointment and will have to take an extra day off? If a 0 was an option you would have earned a 0.
