My experience with Anker Lucier Mortuary was as best as could be expected given our grief & sadness. Gloriann was empathetic & kind. She repeated herself with patience when I didn't fully understand the information she shared and had to call several times. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Paperwork was handled correctly.
