My daughter really enjoys coming to Goldfinch. She gets a good workout in while also having “fun.” Very welcoming environment. The summer schedule has been amazing for our busy schedule.
My kids love the sports performance classes! Ages 9, 12, 14. The coaches help build programs specific to their individual goals and help with body instructions all while making each class fun and challenging. Heather Riddle
Our 12 year olds have loved going to Goldfinch for a few years now. It's fun, but challenging. I love that it's super flexible with our schedule as seasons change!
My son has been in this program since October 2025. He wanted help on his journey to be a better athlete. Between this program 3x a week, seasonal athletics, and changes in diet he has lost almost 35 pounds, become stronger, faster, and more agile. He still enjoys the program and looks forward (most of the time ) to going. Tucker and Coaches are great with kids too!
Goldfinch Sports Performance is a solid choice in Ankeny. Plenty of space and a motivating, friendly atmosphere. Locker rooms were spotless and the classes were excellent. Would happily return and tell friends about it.
