My colleagues and I took a self defense class here. The instructor was professional, informative and taught us useful and practical moves to defend ourselves. It made me feel very empowered. I recommend this class to everyone!
Always interesting to watch my kiddo and he’s never bored he looks forward to each day he has class! The staff are wonderful with the kids. Highly recommend

Coach Kevin is an amazing teacher. Very knowledgeable in the field with up to date real life real world tactics that I feel will be very useful. It's a fun environment with lots of learning and friendship. I have some joints that don't work too well sometimes and he has tailored what I'm learning to fit with my physical level. That is something spectacular and unique as I wouldn't be able to just go to any martial arts studio. I'm very grateful and appreciative to be a part of a community there.
