This was the smoothest sale that one can experience. Judy was fantastic at walking me through all of the paperwork and making sure that all of the i's were dotted and t's crossed. She staged the property beautifully for showing. We put it on the market on Monday and we had five offers in the first two days and we were under contract by Thursday for more than our asking price. We are very pleased with the way this entire process played out.
