I asked her to wash her hands before doing lip threading and she refused, said she's "not touching my face " I said please as I get dermatitis . She refused to wash her hands to the point she lost service. . no wonder the place is empty all the time. So gross Also , her responses say a lot. I went in asking for light brown hair color. The stylist confirmed by asking if I wanted light, and I clearly said yes. Unfortunately, the result came out very close to black. There were no color samples shown to me before starting, which is unusual compared to other salons I’ve visited.
