First, I would like to start by saying…I purchased my wedding dress right off of the rack. Between me, Maria and the alterations staff, we created my DREAM dress! We added lace sleeves, buttons down the back and train, changed the sash and created a bustle. This store is disgusting. I work in the wedding industry and have seen a fair amount of salons. This one is the most unkempt, unprofessional, and unappealing store I have ever set foot in. I brought my mother-in-law to find her mother-of-the-groom dress. As soon as we walked in the door, we both were ready to walk out. We were told to sign in on a computer. I'm sorry...what?
