I would not recommend this office, I called to make an appointment at 10am on a Friday I was told they had no appointments to check for strep throat, and advised I instead go to urgent care. There is no point in having a primary care physician if you can’t get into see them when you need it. I will be finding a new doctor. This is the second time Dr. Urban and her office have let me down.
Beware: In April I called Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - Legends Parkway to make appointments for my three children. I was told it would take months to get in, but I was OK with that. My youngest was seen on August 11. My other two were scheduled to be seen on August 17th. We showed up at the appointment only to be told that Dr. Urban was away for a family emergency. I love Dr. Urban, she's wonderful & really takes the time to listen to your issues. She was very helpful to me when I was diagnosed with COVID and had medication sent immediately for me and she touched base twice to make sure I was doing ok. I love the office staff as well.
After today I will never go back I have had several problems with them and today I sat there for a hour. Then I ask when they were going to see my they told me the dr was not there. I am done.....
