Dr Shah and staff are knowledgeable and listen and interact. She actually spends time with patient which may take longer but is appreciated from this patient!
“I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah for over 10 years and am very happy with the care I receive from her. Most of the time my appointment is on time. I feel like she truly listens to my concerns and trys to resolve them.
I’ve been seeing Dr Shah for five years. She’s a very good listener, explains health diagnoses clearly. If you have something serious going on, she’ll do everything she can to get to the answer. I find her easy to talk to, thorough and trust her immensely. Another bonus is that she has a good sense of humor.
Not recommended. Was in and out and just pushed for more services that meant more appointments for more copays. Did not listen or suggest anything to align with my concerns, or even help to understand why she was suggesting XYZ. Did not complete a full exam that I know and expect to be thorough, just asked questions and took my word for it without taking the time to fact check. Asking if I have concerns to address is one thing, but asking if I did my own bodily checks and not triple checking it herself as a doctor is another... read more
