Not recommended. Was in and out and just pushed for more services that meant more appointments for more copays. Did not listen or suggest anything to align with my concerns, or even help to understand why she was suggesting XYZ. Did not complete a full exam that I know and expect to be thorough, just asked questions and took my word for it without taking the time to fact check. Office staff drags their feet. Office is only interested in running patients through like cattle.
Dr Anjana Shah, MD did not show up to my scheduled appointment. I waited over 30 mins before I had to get back to work. Premier Health and their cronies do not respect your time, they seem to think it's more valuable than yours. I do not recommend Premier Health Primary Care - Beavercreek or Dr Anjana Shah, MD.
Why is doctor's time more valuable than ours? Be here 15 mins before your appointment, but sit in the lobby for an hour before even being called back. Two mins with nurse lady and now over 30 mins of just sitting in the room. So glad we got to just sit and waste time, because we don't have anything else to do today right? Every time we have to come to this doctor, it's a waste of time waiting. Wait, wait and more wait.
