This doctor’s office is terrible! She doesn’t know what she is doing and the girl in the front are so unprofessional.
I arrived early for my appointment, because it was my first time there, the doctor’s office smelled like fried chicken it's dim, the chairs are all stained, and just overall antiquated. I filled out my paper work in about ten minutes. I was called in after my 2:00pm appointment. The bathroom was clean, I gave a urine sample then, I sat in the room in a paper robe with a paper blanket across my lap for over an hour. It took a month and a half to get my tests results and I had to stalk them to get in touch and don’t let it be urgent, she won’t get back to you in enough time.
Poor customer service with office staff. When you call, they either seem uninterested, or they talk over you in a condescending manner. I work in healthcare, so I realize the office can become busy, but rushing a patient and talking over them is never acceptable. I have to have a surgical procedure with this physician. To say my anxiety is heightened after each call to the office is an understatement.
