I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for Dr. Anjali Patel. I recently had a prenatal screening, and due to an oversight, my lab request was not entered into the system by another doctor. After driving 15-20 minutes to the lab, I discovered there was no record of my request. It was past 5 PM, and the office was closed, leaving me unable to correct the error.
