Dr. Patel was very friendly and addressed any questions I had. She’s professional and I would recommend her.
Dr. Patel delivered my baby in June of last year. I couldn’t thank her enough for the wonderful experience. Being a first time Mom I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them. She made me feel so comfortable and I will be requesting her for my next labor and delivery. Highly recommend.
Dr., and must say that I am entirely disappointed in lack of understanding of your front office staff. We made a simple mistake of going to the Westmont office for Olivia’s follow-up visit (minor). I asked the Westmont office to call the Downers Grove office to let them know we were on our way. It was 3:25pm (3:30 apt). The front office said no problem.
