Completely unethical business practice. The Anja was in-network when I scheduled my appointment. The front desk also confirmed my insurance both over the phone and again when I checked in. By the time of my appointment, they had become out-of-network. I received no notification, no explanation, and was left responsible for the entire bill. They accepted zero responsibility, completely unacceptable. If this review is still up, it means this issue has not been resolved.
