I do not even want to give them any stars I am so mad. I had my fiance drop off one of my favorite jackets that can only be dry cleaned with some of his suits. He went and picked them up right before they closed on a Thursday. I went to wear my jacket on Friday. I took the dry cleaning tag off because excuse me for thinking it was their job to clean my jacket and give it back to me in the original condition. Loved it here until they recently ruined 9 of my dress shirts and refused to reimburse me...cost me $480 to replace them. They offered me free cleaning, but why would I let go there again if I know that in the event that they ruin more of my shirts, I'll be out more money!? I LOVED THIS PLACE UNTIL THEY COST ME $480 in ruined shirts. Terrible customer service.
