They were really nice and professional.
It started out fine, but when the medication she suggested didn't work for me and I had to stop using it, that was it. A second medication wasn't tried. Every time I came in with a problem, it would be brushed off. I never got a single successful referral to a specialist from here. The nurses would ask questions and then cut me off and not listen. I am so happy I found Dr. Baht. She is so caring and understanding of what you went in for and is eager to help. I don't think I've had a better doctor. The office is clean and easy to find. The staff members were all so helpful and friendly. I highly recomend Dr. Baht. You'll be glad you did. I certainly am.
I really felt like Dr. Bhat listened to me carefully and was very thorough in her exam and questions. She is calm and serious and I appreciate that. So happy the good reviews brought me here. The office is clean and convient, easy to finding parking. Front desk had assistant I think could have acknowledged me coming in, she didn't even say anything when I said hello, like I'll be right with you, or something. Back office assistant was friendly. So overall a good experience.
