First id like to say if you're looking for high end brand name type of boutique don't waste these folks time. Horrible experience don’t trust her with timing, neither your personal items. We had payed cash up front and bought the crinoline, cuchillos, personalized dress for my childhood bear, tiara, card box, cushions, copas, sign in book, ramo, etc. She advertises hand making the items to be personalized yet she only uses hot glue on items and things were falling off the day we received them not to mention items missing due to “lack of time.” We personally bought items to place on things yet things were poorly made and cheap lookin... read more
Walked in was told I couldn't take pictures ok got it. Then wasn't able to try on a dress because they believed it wasn't her size. Women followed my friend into the dressing room and told her she was not allowed to dress herself and said it was to make sure the dress wasn't damaged. Mind you did not mention she was going to come in to see her naked while trying on wedding dresses. It’s the policy for workers to accompany customers into the dressing room without consent.
