Wow. Just wow. I bought a box of empanadas - 2 chicken, 2 beef, 2 ham and cheese. The empanadas survived a 2 hour drive and held up well. I threw these in the air fryer to reheat and they came out so good. The beef empanada was my favorite, the beef was so flavorful and tender. **Pro tip: get the chimmichuri sauce and dip your beef empanada in it. It’s a heavenly combination. Always fresh and tasty - perfect flaky crust with fantastic flavorful ingredients.
We ate the beef empanadas (with Chimichurri on the side). The food was tasty and authentic.
We just had beef, traditional beef and ham & cheese empanadas at the 4th of July fireworks and they were excellent! Yum!
