I have stopped five times in the last seven days during hours of operation and no one was there. I told the owner this and she was very aggressive and defensive. Hours in the window are wrong, and she operates her shop hours to her own design. Proceeded to tell me that she is a month behind. My suggestion is not to waste your time. I would submit 0 stars but must rate at least 1 star.
I heard about Anita from the White Orchid Bridal Shop. I had bought my wedding dress at another bridal store and was nervous about take it back there for alterations. I went to see Anita -- and she was amazing. She literally rebuilt my dress. It fit perfectly -- I didn't even need to wear the bra I bought -- she was able to make it fit my body like a glove and her prices are more than reasonable. I took my daughter's communion dress in to be let out....i bought the wrong size (to small) and thought I was stuck with it! Anita took a look at the dress and asked a couple of questions. Told me it would be done in two weeks! That's it, very easy. And sure enough, I received a prompt phone call that it was done. Took my daughter in to try it on and it fit, with some wiggle room! My son was married on September 1, 2012 and I bought a dress 3 days before the wedding and took it to Anita for alterations. She went ABOVE & BEYOND to make the dress PERFECT for my son's wedding. It was absolutely STUNNING! Thanks Anita.
Anita not only does beautiful gown alterations she also does expert fur and leather work. She turned my mink jacket into a vest for me.
Anita fixed my daughters prom dress thatanother seamstress had totally ruined. Anita was very kind and fixed it perfectly and on short notice. Her shop is spacious and the cleanest and most organized tailor shop I have ever seen.
I had several items tailored and hemmed by Anita Stitch. Her workmanship was superb and she was very nice to deal with and very timely with her service. I would definitely recommend her.
