Horrible and dismissive. As a black woman, I thought going to a woman of color would be a good idea. But i was wrong. I went to see her when my eyes were having some issues with bumps on my eyelids. She was dismissive and rude and didn't even touch my eyes. She didn't seem to want to touch me and was treating me like I was stupid. I left without any answers or help in tears.
Knowledgeable and professional with great care for her patients. Takes great care with both my wife and me.
Okay doctor but unprofessional assistants. I have never been to that old location where this staff came from, but have been lucky to have had a couple of good Dr 's and assistants from other duke clinics. This last visit she greeted someone sitting in the lobby who was not a patient, and could not even say hello a smile or nothing. Dealt with that kind of assistant in the past UNC hospital but never had issues at a duke primary. I will never go back because of that assistant with the long locks and I'm not impressed with her... read more
