I have been trying to make an appointment for days her scheduling system is a mess. No one answers the phones and return calls days later. I don’t want to even talk about the staff who can sometimes be rude. I Ike Dr Petteway but it’s time to move on. I wish her the best of luck and hope she doesn’t lose anymore patients.
My mother was showing symptoms of a ruptured or leaking aneurysm. The doctor ordered CT and MRI scans but has been sitting on the results for days!!!! Her staff have been lying to me about the status of the doctor reviewing the results and every time I call we go to voicemail. My mother was showing signs of a ruptured aneurysm such as severe headache, stiff neck, confusion and all the doctor prescribed was a muscle relaxer. Pathetic!
Very long wait. Can’t talk to no one on the phone when you call. Says they’re putting in your prescription but had to call about three times to actually do something that was supposed to already be done when I left office. I waited over 3 hrs, By the time they got to me it was 5pm and the office was closing. I couldn’t see anyone. I will be changing my PCP as of today. Do not recommend??
The experience was not good. I tried but had to get another doctor when she did not attend to me in a professional way. First time I have ever had such a bad experience with a doctor. I would not recommend this doctor.
Dr Petteway is an excellent doctor. She has treated me for many years when I lived in South Florida & as an out of state patient the last 6 years. I'm very comfortable with her, which is very important to me. She is highly rated in my opinion!
poor service overall- very long wait for appointment -do not take walk in on certain days -on the days they take walk in it is as if you a begging them a favor -physician is never present in office -the PA runs the place
I would love to Thank Dr. Petteway and the entire medical staff. Last week my father had a seizure while we were still at the his appointment. The heroic actions of Everyone defused the situation immediately. From the nurse observing at the perfect time and the doctor jumping in immediately. Talk about Complete medical attention and care at it's best. Words can't express how thankful we are to this staff. Thank you... Thank you... Thank you The Harrigan Family
Dr Petteway is an awesome doctor and I would highly recommend her. But her staff is horrible. I have been a patient of hers off and on for over 10 years plus. The main reson I have been on and off is due to her staff. If only she could actually get a staff that cares about her patients the experience would be rewarding.
