Went to the office on Friday to arrange an appointment and was given an appointment for the following Monday. Dr Mehta was thorough in reviewing the reasons for my current visit, reviewed all my related history on file and current test related to my problem, discussed my problem in great detail, answered all my questions and concerns and gave me all the time I needed so I left completely satisfied with all the answers to my problem and how to deal with it going forward. Dr Mehta was outstanding.
This doctor showed no compassion for me when I told her I had been having suicidal thoughts. She even had to ask the medical assistant how to proceed with handling me. I told her I was not actively suicidal and had a whole team of doctors taking care of me but she still treated me uncompassionately and acted like I need to go to the ER stat. I would not recommend her at all.
Terrible experience. Dr rushed in and she starts reading off everything from my previous visit from months ago and was like alright, anything else? And I was like yea I’ve been having XYZ and she was like well I’ll refer you to a sleep guy but I can’t do anything so if you’ll follow me out that’d be great and I literally was like why arnt you listening and rushing me out, and I quote, she says “because I’m in a rush and you just have a lot of complaints” all of this was in 2 minutes after waiting in the office for 40 minutes... read more
