Dr Rao is the Best. She always knows what is going to help me and she has the best bed side manner. She also talks to me and helps me with decisions I need to make. The entire staff is amazing and are all willing to help to make your appointment the best.
Dr Rao is a great doctor and person. I love her! I had my injection and have such relief. She is so good at explaining everything to me. Im grateful to have her as my specialist.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Calling this clinic was an absolute nightmare. The staff member I spoke with treated me as if I was a bother rather than someone seeking medical help. She was extremely rude and made me feel like I was being judged or treated as if I were a drug addict. It’s very concerning that someone working on the front lines of a medical clinic would treat sick patients this way.
