I have seen Dr Farber for many years. Most of the time he has been on time If he was late, it was by no more than 10 or 15 minutes. Alway received excellent care!
Like many on here, I’ve experienced long waits, and Doctor only willing to look at one issue per visit. There was never any follow up on my issues that required follow up. I’m leaving for another practice.
Dr Hans & Jen were great but office staff rude. Over the years it seemed patient volume increased and usually hectic, longer time to book out for appt. But Dr Hans knows her medicine and diagnosis.
never on time, staff is rude for the most part, if you go to him for more than one health issue he will make you get another apointment for the second issue. Been seeing him for about 15 years. Time to make a change. He is all about the money. Not your health. When I fired him as my dr. he would not transfer my records unless I paid him 250 dollars. which is illegal. I had to threaten to sue him to get my records. I wouldn't recommend him for a cold.
Our family has been with Dr. Kolp for 24 years since we moved to the area. He is extremely good at listening and treating the whole patient, not just the presenting complaint. If he does not know something, he will tell you. He will also do his research and find out what the problem is and then call you back. Best family doctor we have ever had.
I have been going to Dr. Hans for 10 years. Every time i have to call for my 6 months check up I get nervous because I know I have to deal with Dr Hans staff. The staff who answers the phone is rude and nasty, I think her name is " Lynanne or Rayann? The physician seems distracted. He was going to give me a prescription but forgot. He was on the phone 3 times while I was present. He is very nice just overworked. The staff are not very helpful. It took 4 calls to get an appointment. I was on hold and forgotten. I got a perturbed and refused to be put on hold again. The woman was snippy and somewhat rude. I had to wait forever. Office unorganized
Do yourself a favor avoid this physicians office .
I rate Dr. Bingham as the Number 1 Internalist in Cincinnat. I have been a patient of his for many years and have always found his diagnosis to be accurate. He always seems concerned and is a good support during times when emergency care is required.
