Receptionist are rude... I have been waiting on hold for 10 minutes just to make an appointment. Then Michelle gets on the line and all because I was asking her to clarify something she starts having an attitude and talking over me every time I tried to speak. She then proceeds to put me on hold to look for an appointment for my child. Gets back on every 5 minutes and says the exact same thing if I want an in person appointment or a video call then puts me on hold again. 25 minutes to make an appointment is just outright sad... read more

The drs here are great but phone service is terrible. I know their hours but I work the night shift so I called around 9pm to see if I can .(LEAVE A MESSAGE) for my dr they said yes and that they’ll have her call me when she returns in the morning. But then I get a call at about 4 am by someone in their office asking me “what do you want?” I told him I was having Covid symptoms and I needed to get tested and this dude didn’t seem to care and asked why I called at 4am but before I could tell him that he’s the one who called m... read more

She was my husbands primary care doctor. He called with covid symptoms. She never returned his call. I was upset so I called the office to complain. They acted like it was a big deal but still he never received a call from them. She did not seem to care about him whatsoever.

I really like Dr. Heart, she makes you feel cared for and even thought of waiting to get my blood work another week to where it fell into the 1 year so my insurance would cover. Most doctors don’t think like that and just want to get you in and out. Whenever I have a concern she listens and the staff gets me in right away. So glad I finally found a doctor that cares.
