Edit: After speaking with the neighbors, the employee was not working on their property. So we have no idea what they were doing there or why they were searching our yard for a fire extinguisher. Employee walked into our locked and gated backyard when working on a neighbor's property. We asked what was going on, employee was dismissive, told us "I'm looking for a fire extinguisher. I got it. The business owner harasses, I have received an email from Anita herself where she is harassing me telling me I am not equip to work for her company after I sent my resume. What kind of business owner does that? I’ve never had an experience like this. I can only imagine how this company functions. HORRIBLE
