Completely uncaring about patients
I had my first visit with Agnes Szpunar for my annual wellness visit, since Anita Agarwal left working for Alta View Clinic / Internal Medicine. Although this first visit was quite short; nevertheless I was happy with Dr. Szpunar. She was efficient, professional and thoughtful and listened to my concerns and made some good suggestions. Her assistant was also very helpful and kind. I am looking forward to future visits with her.
Great provider. However, she left abruptly for some reason and when she did her practice offered no assistance in locating / referring to another Intermountain provider. Very disappointing and frustrating.
Careless provider of Intermountain Never response to the patient their staff never called back. This is my fourth and fifth attempt. I am trying to reach them out. Nobody get back to me. I don’t like intermountain anymore because those kind of provider. thank you.
