Unprofessional. They give you a time to come later then the day because they are busy but you come and then end up telling you they can’t do your daughters hair!

Elizabeth did my boho crochet just as I requested. She is the most sweetest, talented, and patient braider I have ever allowed to do my hair.
This place had horrible service. They quoted me a price, but when I arrived at 10:50, the lady didn’t come until 11:30. There was no apology or hello, just a stern “or you have to pay more.” She even had the audacity to ask if she could do his hair first (he came after me), which I politely declined, explaining that it’s an appointment for a reason.
