Had a scheduled pre operation clearance appointment on 11/3/25. Dr Garg went thru the check list and at the very end a lady came in and told me that i could no longer be a patient of his due to the fact that i have a HMO plan and he is only doing PPO plans. i am having knee replacement surgery on 11/24/25 and that is in jeopardy of being re-scheduled. VERY DISAPPOINTED that i was not notified prior to my appointment so that i could have found a NEW PRIMARY DOCTOR TO DO THE PRE OPP CLEARANCE.
Safe, clean, well staffed office. Dr Garg is always patient, and kind.
I was concerned about finding a new Primary care doctor, for my wife and son. I was pleasantly surprised, by Dr. Anit Garg. My wife and my son both agreed he has a pleasant demeanor, sense of humor, and listened to their concerns.
My mother have had Dr Garg as our doctor for some years. It was easier that way since I was my mothers caretaker my entire adult life. However, since his move to bardmoor/baycare, the quality of service slowly went downhill. And since about 2021 it’s absolute garbage. The ways we’ve been treated there, the last few years, have been basically horrifying. The er sent my mother home with a bottle of antibiotics, and she ended up dying a couple weeks later.
