I went to the New Castle office with my kids (ages 16 & 14) to a follow up appointment with Anissa, to say she is rude and had a horrible bed side manner is an understatement. As I asked a few questions and expressed some concern about medication for my son, she was aggressive, defensive and could not seem to be professional. It’s safe to say I will never return to this location, I will be finding a new dermatologist for my kids. This doctor definitely doesn’t even deserve 1 star, go anywhere but here.
I had a skin check with Anissa. I never went to this office before. She took me in a half hour early. Did a very quick exam. Didn't look at anything with a light or a scope. Not even my problem spots of concern. She only treated 2 spots on my face. She missed all others by dismissing as "age spots". Did not describe anything to me. Rushed me out. Didn't put anything on my patient portal. I was passed over and ignored. I've since found a good dermatologist who couldn't believe how I was treated. I don't recommend this place. ... read more
