I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Chacko , the NP’s and nurses on her team, and front desk staff. Everyone has always treated me with respect and been professional. I have never felt rushed or made to feel like my concerns were unwarranted. I am not a huge fan of Mercy in general , but I am extremely happy with Dr. Chacko and her team.
DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THIS OFFICE. I had an appointment scheduled for 6 months. They called me less than two weeks before and told me the doctor decided to take vacation and needed to reschedule. The soonest they could get in in was over a month. When I asked why it couldn’t be sooner since the scheduling issue was on their end, the office manager basically said she really didn’t care about me as a patient and this was about the Doctors schedule.
Had a new patient visit and Dr. Chacko was very thorough and took time to listen and address my concerns. I'm happy to have her as my primary care doctor and would recommend her to others.
I had a question that I asked the nurse after Dr. Chacko left the room, after what felt like a rushed through visit. The nurse didn't have the answer, so she asked Dr. Chacko, who then came back in the room for 60 seconds to answer my question. I was charged for 2 office visits that day. I disputed the charge for the 'second' office visit and was told since she came back in the room, I would be charged for the 'additional office visit', even though I explained she came back for less than a minute, she really just popped her ... read more
If I could I would give no stars. I have been going here for three years and she never addressed the issues that I’m bringing to her and continues to push blood pressure meds. Appointments are to far out and rushes you out the office. Don’t listen when patients are telling her what’s wrong. Never discus results r A1c wit patients because to worried bout pushing blood pressure meds
