Dr Desai is an excellent physician who follows up and checks on his patients
Dr. Desai himself is a personable and good doctor. HOWEVER, the staff at the office are the most incompetent I have ever run across. Dr Desai's nurse never returns calls [I am calling for 6 weeks now]. The person who was supposed to handle my CPAP machine order never put it in [I've been waiting to hear something for over a month ). When I was finally able to reach a live person, she conveyed to me that it was being taken care of and I would receive that call. Nope! A doctor needs an efficient staff to carry on.
