The company is very important to my life from an medical stand point. To get to and fro places where parking is bad, to no parking. The delivery of this company is very good. They care about your comfort and medical needs during your transport. Very reliable.
They Kinda Ok service but they’re never punctual so if it’s of urgency don’t rely on that. They are comfortable rides on their time though!
Used them to transport my elderly mother from Silver Spring to Baltimore. The team was courteous and professional and the trip went off without a hitch.
Do NOT use them. TWICE, they made me late for important medical appointments. They did not apologize and lied about their attempts to contact me. They were supposed to pick me upon April 24,2025 at 6:40 am. They did not arrive until 7:30 am. I was late for my appointment. The driver tried to lie and say that she kept calling me. That is not true. She called once at 6:26 am and I called her back at 6:35 am. I have receipts. I do not recommend them.
They was great the transportation was very helpful & safe did a great job
