The St. Augustine Borland Groover facility looks impressive, but suffers in both the medical and administrative aspects. They seem to be a little unorganized with patient records. I go in for a pre-procedure visit with the Doctor, which seems straightforward. I get to the day of the procedure to wait an hour for prep, and then I am lying around for too long while a nurse is making me sign the same paperwork I just signed in the lobby. Horrible. They charged me $400 with insurance for a USELESS office visit. All they did was schedule me for another appointment I also cannot afford. Please save yourself time and money and go anywhere else.
