Dr. Tollett-Parrish is an excellent dentist, but the way her office handled my account was completely unprofessional. I was told I had a $23 balance and explained I’d pay it at my next visit. Instead, the billing rep canceled my appointment, threatened collections, and said I could no longer be seen — all over $23. When I arrived, no one could tell me who canceled, and no one ever followed up despite my call and message. Patients deserve respect and communication, not intimidation. Extremely disappointing experience.

I was really hoping to have a good experience here, but I can't say I did. The receptionist was not helpful whatsoever and has given me a bad experience every visit. The staff was not considerate of my needs and did not seem knowledgeable. They charged me for uncommon things that I have never seen on a bill before. I do not recommend this practice.

Went in to get a teeth cleanings and resolve and an issue with a specific tooth and all they did was acknowledge the issue was there then wanted to charge me for other tooth problems. Assistant acted like she didn’t know what she was doing the whole time too.
