Rudi has been my trainer for over a year, and he has been incredible. I went from being a gym rat to completely losing interest in training during the pandemic. It was such a struggle to get back into the gym. Rudi has been such a great help. He is very professional, accommodating and makes training fun. My son Griffin has been working out at Animus for many months now. He has always liked working out, but at Animus they can target areas he needs to work on to improve in his sports. Griffin always comes away sweaty but energized. The fact that he can work out with his buddies makes it even more enjoyable.
My children have been going for awhile. I really can't say enough. They are happy, and healthy. The trading is excellent and I believe will set them up for a lifetime of being fit.
I've worked with Animus Health & Performance for 18 months. As a family, we have been working with Animus training for four years. The facility is a mix of new school and old. Tire flips sled work all on modern turf.... Our 3 boys and myself have been working with the Animus team and we have seen gains in their power and speed, grip strength and confidence.
