I first came to Animus CrossFit five months ago when I got talked into buying a Groupon for bootcamp classes with a friend of mine. where to start? since I began my journey of losing over 50 pounds and counting. in the process mistakes were made one of them and the biggest was to signing up for gold's gym where they just want your money and don't care about what you do there, gold's was not doing anything for me on the "weight plateau " situation. frustrated I decided to look for another gym on Google maps. the map showed me ACF, took a quick look but in reality it wasn't a gym per say. in fact it's something much better. not sure what to do i gave 'em a... read more
Animus Crossfit has a great program (whether bootcamp or crossfit) and Carlos, Jen and Dayron really know there stuff! My wife and myself can't say enough good things about our experience there.
I have always been an on again off again member of a gym, and managed to maintain, what I felt was a decent level of fitness. I didn't realize how wrong I was or all that I was missing out on until I joined Animus / Corporal Crossfit. I went into the boot camp program after a Long hiatus of little physical activity, with some extra pounds and some weak knees from previous surgery.
