The short guy, I think his name is Jason he’s like a little pitbull. He was on top of me ensuring I was on top of my game and that I never quit on myself. If you want a little pitbull that sets crazy goals to push you to your next level make sure you ask for the short guy.
Awesome trainers! Very well knowledgeable and explains and demonstrates workouts very well! Clean gym and a great environment to workout in! I also love the gym encouragement!
