Christie is an excellent coach! She is so knowledgeable both with nutrition services but also helping with getting back into physical shape. Her knowledge really helps supports me in my journey and she tailored everything to where I am currently at. She’s so caring and understanding and willing to meet me where I am at in my life. I highly recommend her for anyone’s journey!
