Our dog Ollie was experiencing lumbar pain and we needed to get him some relief. The front desk staff was very kind and emphatic as well as the tech who took us into a room. Dr Friedlander was great! She explained what was going on, her recommendations for treatment and then was very thorough with discharge instructions. I really felt like everyone there had Ollie’s best interests at heart and cared for him as if he was their pet. We have a dog with a lot of digestive issues so we've unfortunately had to come here many times. They always so kind, informative, and knowledgeable. They also make it really easy for your vet to receive all the records from the emergency visit.
They were super nice, helpful, and they were giving helpful information that is helping my cat get better. They also seemed super professional and they were allowing me and my family to see my cat I see this place as a great place to go to if there is something with your animal. I saw Dr. Keegan in cardiology after my routine vet brought up concerns. Dr. Keegan was absolutely amazing. He was calm and friendly which was comforting given my stressful state. He took his time with me to explain the results and next steps to take with my routine vet. Luna and I thank you!
