Everyone is very nice, clean and very helpful
Not a good experience unfortunately. I know they try to do what is best for the animals... but we were told we could get an animal and then told otherwise later. No specific reason given.. but to the effect our children are too young. We have had animals in the past and would have provided a wonderful home. Now I have to break it to my 4 year old no kitty for his bday next week. Upset that we are judged on a possibility that our boys and a kitten "might" not get along.
